Anonymous asked: your blog makes me happy :)
It makes me happy to. Thanks for the feedback
Good! Now stay that way :)
Not a problem. I am glad you like it. Thank you :)
Of course. It would not be stealing. Just use them. I don’t mind who does what with what I post as long as the messages are out there.
Well about a year ago I was very unmotivated and I was not really happy with how things were so I decided to change it. I found it difficult because I had a lot of times on my hands where I was stuck out at a house in the country. I could not really think of productive things to do with the time I had but I knew I had to find something. I started making the blog as just a personal reminder of how I wanted to be along with a positive constructive activity I could keep myself busy with. I guess the blog just grew from then.
Thank you so much. It seems as though you know exactly what I am about and what I am trying to do. This is a lovely message to receive. It is so lovely to hear that my attitude radiates to others. Thank you so much again <3 Have a wonderful day
Start small. Research things that could be new to try. You don’t have to be to motivated to sit on your computer and look at things. You may come across something that could change the way your thinking. Take in what is around you more. You just have to think differently. If you wanted to re-ignite your passion for life you would just make yourself motivated for what you want to do. If you can’t be bothered you wouldn’t be to fussed on being motivated or not.
I did it using photoshop, the font is…. century Gothic (I think) andd… yeah i saved it as a jpeg and set it as the header image for my theme.
Define Simple: Easily understood or done; presenting no difficulty.
Everyone is different, for me it would be evaluating the important things in life, and trying to remove as much unimportant parts as possible. Being more active. Eating more REAL food. Avoiding as much media, gossip, magazines etc as possible. Constantly throwing out things you don’t need. Try use your car as least as possible. I guess and easy way to put it is live less modern. Don’t get yourself stuck in traffic, take a bike. Enjoy nature, Don’t take on to much work load. Have a small close amount of friends. The less you have to worry about, and the less that worries you the simpler your life will be and feel. Also meditate. Clear the mind. Remove as many ‘things’ from your life as possible. So back to the definition, make things as easy as possible. Less clutter. Less problems. Less people. Less stuff in your house. It all makes the important things easier to find and spend time on. Get your priorities in check. Hope this gave you some idea.
If you are feeling angry remember that it is no one else’s fault as you chose how you react to the situations at hand. Don’t take your frustrations out on other people, try and calmly talk to someone about why you are feeling upset. I know this may be hard sometimes; but a few tips to try:
1)Remove yourself from the situation and other people.
2)Go somewhere quiet or go for a walk.
3)Think about the REAL reason you are angry it may be different to what you thought.
4)Think about a solution or some things you can do to prevent this happening again or ways to deal with it easier.
6)Deep Breaths .
Remember, apologise if you have upset anyone and think about other things you have to look forward to. Yelling and being aggressive never solves anything and will only make the people around you become more tense. You will calm down eventually over time so don’t do anything stupid and be careful with the feelings of others around you.
When angry count to ten before you speak. If very angry, count to one hundred.
Simply create a blog filled with information that works for you because that way you will be honestly passionate about something. If people can see your passion they will follow in what you are doing. I don’t think it matters about how many people follow you as long as you know that the ones that do support what you are doing and enjoy your posts. Post things you want to learn about and use through out your daily life to motivate, inspire and help you. I’m sure others will feel the same.
By using personal affirmations you are calling to all of you - who you are in the present tense. So often we say I am… followed by a negative statement. It is important to catch yourself doing this as as it reflects these negative thoughts and brings them to life. Say I am happy, I am healthy, etc etc as you are calling to the universe you will feel these wonderful things that if you honestly believe must be true. Say affirmations that are appropriate to you and say them over and over again. Out loud. Say them until you can look at yourself and know you mean them. Send these positive thoughts out to the world and feel the goodness fill up inside of you.
