The power of personal affirmations.

By using personal affirmations you are calling to all of you - who you are in the present tense. So often we say I am… followed by a negative statement. It is important to catch yourself doing this as as it reflects these negative thoughts and brings them to life. Say I am happy, I am healthy, etc etc as you are calling to the universe you will feel these wonderful things that if you honestly believe must be true. Say affirmations that are appropriate to you and say them over and over again. Out loud. Say them until you can look at yourself and know you mean them. Send these positive thoughts out to the world and feel the goodness fill up inside of you.

Want to see what you can achieve? See what your capable of? See how good you can make life for yourself? Do you want success? Imagine looking back and thinking… ”I have done this all, look what I have achieved.” Because, you can. You can look back and be amazed at your success. It may seem like a far journey at this point, but with each step forward in the right direction you will where you want to be and proud of yourself in no time,

Express yourself. Follow your dreams and border yourself with your passions and inspirations. Do what you love to do, even if you’re not the best at it. Try new things, even if its just a different coffee in the morning. Be curious, ask questions, learn things, set goals, be spontaneous because you never know what you may find or where you may go.
