I know the feeling, some days you feel so motivated and you can feel your achievements but some days… you just can’t. That is OKAY. Don’t stay in the feeling, reassure yourself of your rewards and what you have accomplished so far. Remember the motivated feeling. Remember how good you felt yesterday, or how good you felt when you made a small achievement. It could be anything to do with your job, school, skills, weight-loss or making/breaking habits. So if you feel unmotivated. Reassure yourself ”You won’t succeed if you do not try and every bit of effort(not matter how small) pays off.” Rome was not built in a day.
